The Century City BID is being renewed in 2026 for a 10 year term starting January 1, 2027.  Petitions for the renewal will be distributed to property owners in February 2026 and ballots will be mailed out by the City of LA to property owners in the spring.  Final approval will be voted on by City Council in early Summer 2026.

With this renewal, the Century City BID property owners are committing to a 10-year investment of over $45 million in the cleanliness, safety and beautification of Century City.
