The landscaping and infrastructure for building’s 2-acre park is underway.

Construction of retail and amenity buildings is underway and scheduled to be completed Q2 2026. 

CCC’s building’s anchor tenant, CAA, has initiated construction of its premises.

The building opening is expected in 2nd quarter of 2026.

Leasing includes CAA, Clearlake Financial and Sidley Austin Law firm.

The owners are updating this hotel and plan to launch a new, upscale hotel property in 2026.

Anderson has completed the renovation on 1800 and 1900, the bridge and the prior Annex building.  

The sidewalk renovation as well as a loading zone cut out in front of 1900 has been approved and will be completed by end of 2025.

The Fairmont Century Plaza Residences are on the top floors of the hotel and contain 63 condo units with living areas ranging from 1,000 to 3,800 square feet.  These are complete, some are sold and the rest are for sale or for rent with a minimum of a one year least. 

The Tower Residences, the North Tower (211 Elm Court) opened in July 2022 and contains 143 residential units.  Unit sizes range from 1,000 to 11,000 square feet.  Some are sold and the remainder are for sale.
